Our Programming

Sunny 93.9, WRSN programs mainstream Adult Contemporary music consisting of Celine Dion, Phil Collins, Backstreet Boys, Billy Joel, and Sarah McLachlan.  The Bob and Diane Morning Show is one of the strongest shows in the market providing our listeners with news, information, entertainment and the most music in the morning.

Our Target (Women 30-50)

Our music and programming targets upscale female professionals and their families.  Sunny 93.9 is the At-Work-Station since it is the most listened to in-office station in the market .  With features such as Kid’s Trivia in the morning, Sunny 93.9 is also the most family friendly station providing you with music you can enjoy without controversial content that is inappropriate for children.

Sunny 93.9 conducts numerous special events throughout the year providing our clients with opportunities to network with the business community as well as opportunities to assist us in giving back to specific charities in the community.  Our networking events include Sunny Power Lunches, Research Triangle Park Parties, and Women's History Month.  Our charitable events include Wrapping Hopes and Dreams, The Baby Expo, The Chili Cookoff, and our Back to School Drive to name a few.  These events have benefited Wake County Opportunities, The Triangle United Way, and The Methodist Home for Children (a complete list of all events is available upon request).
